Let us explain
Monthly Hosting Fee. A flat monthly fee based on total "Membership Records" that have an Active Status. For example, if you have a total of 750 members in your database and 275 have expired for reasons you have defined, your number of registered users would be 475. Your Monthly Subscription Fee would be based on 475 active users. If you have more then 5000 active members you'll be required to upgrade to our Enterprise Edition. Cost of upgrading is the difference between the setup fees plus monthly rate changes.
Member Records. The total amount of Members of an active status (including administrative status) you have in your database.
Data Records. The grand total amount of all member records you have in your database.
Message Volume. The total amount of individual emails that can be sent out from your website monthly. This includes any Auto Emails (Emails sent from your website with out you pushing a button) and Newsletter Subscriber List emails, etc..
