Trail Tamers, working with local volunteers will be building what will become a 1/2 mile trail, with about 300 feet of elevation gain. The trail will link, two formerly distinct sections of the 1400 acre preserve together. This is an important project, because the Love Creek Preserve is destined to become a meeting, training, and research facility open to many diverse nature related groups. Car camping near the upper trailhead is available. This is a week long, open ended event, participants can work all or part of the event as their schedule permits.
