Monthly Hosting Fees are flat monthly fees based on total membership records that have an Active Status. For example, if you have a total of 750 members in your database and 275 have expired for reasons you have defined, your number of registered users would be 475. Your Monthly Subscription Fee would be based on 475 active users. If you have more then 2500 active members you'll be required to upgrade to our Enterprise Edition. Cost of upgrading is the difference between the setup fees plus monthly rate changes.
